The Brief
Crowdcube, a leading crowdfunding platform, wanted to build a more intelligent, automated revenue engine to support both inbound and outbound growth. Their goal was to better qualify leads, improve funnel performance, track sales engagement, and unlock actionable insights - all within a central, scalable system. Despite strong brand recognition and a proven product, Crowdcube needed greater visibility into what was working, and why. With fragmented data, inconsistent engagement and limited reporting, it was time to create a full-funnel system built for growth.
Our Solution
Future Perform partnered with Crowdcube to overhaul their sales and marketing infrastructure - with HubSpot as the engine room. We automated inbound and outbound funnels using behavioural data to guide leads through the journey, developed a bespoke lead scoring model to surface high-priority contacts, and built a scalable outbound campaign framework to drive consistent demand. For sales, we integrated asset tracking via HubSpot Documents, giving the team real-time insight into prospect engagement. And for leadership, we designed intuitive dashboards that made performance reporting clear, actionable, and fast. Finally, we implemented a segmented owned media strategy, helping Crowdcube re-engage high-potential leads at the right moment.
