The Brief

Evotix, a leading EHS&S software provider, was ready to transform its approach to marketing. With multiple suppliers managing different disciplines, their campaigns felt fragmented - creating gaps in performance, attribution and lead flow. They needed a strategic partner to unify their marketing funnel, improve ROAS, streamline analytics and drive consistent conversions. Having already worked with our sister agency Future Present on a brand refresh, Evotix decided to extend the relationship and bring us on board to lead their performance marketing strategy.

Our Solution

We joined Evotix as their outsourced marketing team, taking ownership of the full funnel: from top-of-funnel SEO and PPC to CRM strategy and HubSpot implementation. Over the course of a three-year partnership, we helped shape the brand’s evolution from SHE Software into Evotix, supporting a completerebrand, several strategic pivots, and multiple acquisitions - all executed instealth mode. Targeting health and safety professionals in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and public services, we built a long-term strategy todrive market penetration and brand recognition. With a single team driving strategy and execution, every campaign, asset, and activation was aligned and accountable.

The Outcome

Evotix went from £4m to £48m in ARR, with a cohesive marketing strategy that powered consistent, measurable growth. With a monthly retainer of £15,000, we continue to support all marketing activity (excluding their website), acting as an extension of the internal team.
