The Brief

Kefron, a professional services company specialising in secure data storage and automated finance solutions, was ready to scale across Europe and the US. But their outdated CRM setup was holding them back - causing friction across marketing, sales, customer success and support. They needed a CRM system that could support smarter processes, better reporting and a more connected revenue engine.

Our Solution

Kefron had already selected HubSpot but needed support to get the most from it. We brought in our Bow Tie Funnel methodology and revenue engine approach, which immediately aligned with their goals. We started by cleaning and preparing their CRM data for migration. In parallel, we ran cross- department discovery sessions to define ideal processes, align on KPIs, and map out the full buyer journey. From there, we built a custom HubSpot environment - with tailored pipelines, reporting dashboards and HubSpot Playbooks for in-platform guidance and documentation. We also delivered hands-on training to ensure internal adoption across teams.
